The UNLV Alumni Association recognizes alumni, faculty, students,
and community leaders for their outstanding achievements and leadership
at the university as well as throughout our community. These recipients
truly serve as a point of inspiration for the generations of students that
will follow.

Alumnus/a of the Year Award
This is the most prestigious honor given to an alumnus/a by the UNLV Alumni Association. It is bestowed in recognition of significant contributions supporting the academic community.
Silver State Award
This award of distinction is presented to a nonalumnus/a by the UNLV Alumni Association. It recognizes support to the university and the community at large.
Achievement in Service Award
This award gives recognition for service to UNLV, the UNLV student body, SAA organization, and/or the UNLV Alumni Association in support of alumni association related activities and events.
College Outstanding Alumnus/a
Recipients of the Outstanding Alumnus/a of the Year award
have demonstrated a history of outstanding service to UNLV and the community.
Submissions must include
a letter of recommendation and the nominee's resume. Additional information
is available directly from your college.
Outstanding Faculty Award
Each year, the UNLV Alumni Association recognizes a faculty member for outstanding contributions to the university and community. Nominations are submitted by college and school deans, and prospective recipients are evaluated based on service, publications, and valued recognition within the respective professional field. Submission requirements include a cover letter, the nominee's professional vita, and any relevant supporting information.
